Initial Assessment: $0 – $30
Individual Therapy/Consultations: $65 – $95
Intern Rate: $20 – $45

In Network: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Medicare
Depending on your current health care plan, it is possible for services to be covered in part or in full. Please call your customer service number to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We recommend asking these following questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
1. Do I have a deductible? What is the remaining amount on my deductible? You will be financially responsible to pay out of pocket until either your individual or family deductibles are met.
2. Do I have a copay (flat fee) or a coinsurance (rate) I am responsible for?
3. Does my outpatient mental health benefits change if I am virtual vs. in the office? Due to COVID-19, your insurance may extend certain mental health benefits. It’s important to know how long those benefits will be in place and how they will impact you.
*Important to remember your deductible will reset on January 1st.*
